Safer cultures, from the classroom to the boardroom

Brave Conversations. Safer Cultures. Real Change.

I’m Jo Morgan, a multi-award-winning educator, speaker and author, and Founder and CEO of Engendering Change Ltd, specialising in professional boundaries, respectful cultures, and sexual conduct across workplaces and educational settings.

Jo Morgan
Engendering Change

I work with businesses, schools and public-sector organisations to prevent bullying, harassment and sexual misconduct by embedding clarity, confidence and accountability at every level.

My work helps organisations move beyond compliance and into real behavioural change – supporting people to navigate boundaries, power, consent and communication in ways that are lawful, ethical and human.

Through evidence-based training, keynote talks and practical guidance, I help leaders and teams:

  • understand what appropriate behaviour looks like in real-world scenarios

  • challenge harmful norms such as “banter” and silence

  • reduce risk, complaints and reputational damage

  • create cultures where people feel safe, respected and able to speak up

This is not about blame, fear or box-ticking.
It’s about getting it right – clearly, confidently and consistently.

  • Support for Businesses

Practical training, certified programmes, strategic support

  • Support for Schools

Our Mission & Values

At Engendering Change, we believe lasting culture change starts with brave, informed conversations – and with organisations taking sexual safety and professional boundaries seriously.

Our mission is to help organisations reduce risk, protect people and create safer cultures by building clarity, confidence and consistency around behaviour, boundaries and accountability.

We work across workplaces and education settings, supporting leaders, staff and students to understand what respectful, lawful and ethical conduct looks like in real life – not just on paper.

Our approach is inclusive, evidence-based and practical. We do not shame or polarise. Instead, we engage people, build trust and bring them with us – because culture change only works when it is understood and owned by everyone.

What Guides Our Work

Our work is grounded in clear values that inform everything we do:

  • Inspiration drives change – sustainable behaviour change is built through understanding, not fear or blame

  • Progress over perfection – we meet people where they are and support continuous improvement

  • Inclusion is a culture, not a checkbox – policies only work when they are lived and felt

  • Empowerment carries responsibility – sexual safety, safeguarding and boundaries are shared duties

  • Wellbeing matters – emotional, relational and sexual wellbeing underpin safe, productive environments

Our People

We are highly selective about who delivers our work. Our associate speakers and trainers are handpicked for their expertise, professionalism and alignment with our values.

This ensures every session is credible, consistent and impactful – supporting organisations to meet their safeguarding, legal and cultural responsibilities while achieving meaningful, long-term change.

“Engendering Change delivered extensive bespoke support that genuinely shifted perspectives on bullying and sexual harassment. The programme strengthened understanding of our Code of Conduct, changed everyday language and sparked meaningful conversations across our teams. Jo Morgan’s professionalism, expertise and flexibility made a real impact, with overwhelmingly positive feedback from participants.”
